Classes

Six ways to train

From quiet mobility to all-out intervals: every class is coached, scaled to your level and on the schedule every week.

An athlete swinging two heavy battle ropes

Functional Circuit

45 min

Medium intensity

Eight stations, three rounds, a short rest between each. Kettlebells, sleds, boxes and ropes build strength you actually use outside the gym. Every station has an easier and a harder version, so beginners and regulars share the same room.

Chalked hands gripping a loaded barbell

Strength Lab

60 min

Medium intensity

Squat, press, pull and hinge with a coach watching every rep. Small groups, a written plan and a logbook, so the weight on the bar goes up week after week without guesswork.

Power Yoga

60 min

Low intensity

A strong, flowing practice that builds balance, mobility and core control. Held poses, steady breathing and a long cool-down: the class regulars book after a heavy week.

An athlete jumping out of a burpee with arms raised

HIIT Burn

30 min

High intensity

Thirty minutes of short, hard intervals with bodyweight, bikes and dumbbells. Heart-rate zones on the screen keep the effort honest, and the playlist does the rest.

Indoor Cycling

45 min

High intensity

Climbs, sprints and steady tempo on our studio bikes, lights down and music up. Resistance is yours to set, so a first ride and a tenth ride can happen side by side.

Boxing Conditioning

50 min

High intensity
