Description
Thrown from a buff stoneware clay full of tiny iron specks that come through the glaze after the second firing. The handle is pulled by hand and finished with a small thumb rest, so the mug sits comfortably even when it is full, and the satin creamy off-white glaze covers it inside and out, down to a band of raw clay at the foot. A generous size for a long coffee, and a kind one to give.
