Every order is wrapped in paper and card at the studio. Here is what shipping costs, how long it takes and how to send something back.

Packaging
No plastic, not even the tape
Ceramics travel in recycled card and honeycomb paper; linen is folded in tissue and tied with cotton string. Everything in the box can go in the paper recycling, or be kept for the next gift.

Returns
30 days to change your mind
If a piece is not right for your home, send it back unused within 30 days of delivery and we refund the full price of the item. Returns from Italy are free; from elsewhere, the return postage is yours.
- Write to us Email your order number and the pieces you are returning.
- Pack it well Use the original box and paper if you still have them; we send a prepaid label for returns from Italy.
- Get your refund We refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the parcel.
Questions we are often asked
When will my order leave the studio?
We pack orders on Tuesday to Saturday and hand them to the courier within two working days. You receive an email with the tracking link as soon as the parcel is on its way.
Do handmade pieces vary from the photos?
A little, and that is part of the charm: glazes pool differently in every firing and linen washes to its own texture. Sizes stay within a few millimetres of those on the product page.
What if something arrives broken?
Send us a photo of the piece and the box within 7 days of delivery. We send a replacement at our cost, or a full refund if the piece has sold out.
Can I collect my order from the shop?
Yes. Choose collection at checkout and pick up your order during opening hours, from Tuesday to Saturday. We will email you when it is ready.
Do you ship outside Europe?
We ship to most countries. Duties and import taxes outside the European Union are set by the destination country and paid on delivery.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Of course. Write a short message in the order notes: we leave the price out of the parcel and add a handwritten card.
